I just recieved this tv stand last night. I just want to say that this is an excellent tv stand. It is very sturdy and crafted very well. It is very heavy and you might need another person to help you pick it up. I had my brother in law help me put it together and it took us about 2 1/2 hours. It will probrably take one person a very long time to put it together. The shipment came very fast. It looks fantastic in my living room and it compliments my furniture. This TV stand probably would have been fine, if an idiot hadn't packed it. The corner of the top of the TV stand was crushed, looking like it had been dropped prior to packing. Other pieces also had minor scratches, still annoying when purchasing a brand new piece. It was quite clear that whoever packed it was pretty sloppy and careless when doing so. Upon calling the company Monday morning (of course they were closed over the weekend while I was unpacking the piece to put it together) I found that it would be THREE WEEKS before they could get a replacement part to me. Hardly the quick fix that the instruction booklet implied would be offered when I called. Though very nice, the guy who "helped" me was not able to offer any help at all. The only replacement parts they could find faster would have involved unpacking units already packed for shipment. The piece I ordered was apparently a slightly older model with slight differences (this was not reflected in the price I paid), so upon checking further, they claimed they could not pull parts from other units. They were not willing to simply replace the entire unit either. I was asked to go through Amazon for that. They didn't even offer any sort of price reduction for the inconvenience caused by their error, even if I opted for the THREE WEEK turnaround time for the replacement parts. I am returning the unit and buying a different unit from another company that I considered initially but didn't like as well. I would never deal with Bush products again (I should have known better with a name like that). What a waste of time.

Followup: After writing this I went back and read the negative feedback from other dissatisfied customers. I found a number of other complaints about damage to the corner of the TV stand top. It appears this was a manufacturer defect and a number of the units went out this way. Another reason why I won't ever buy a product from Bush again. It appears that they have issues with poor quality control. -- Arrived damaged - Bush provided no help

Shipping was fast. Well-packed. No damaged or missing parts. Assembly is not too hard, finished in about 2.5 hours. Looks nice, sturdy. A lot of storage. It's very deep. Overall it was a good decision. -- Great piece of furniture

Very Nice TV stand, convenient drawers, I like the color. Only problem I have is that the knobs for the drawers, doors will not secure tightly. They are very loose, almost as if the screws sent for the knobs are incorrect. -- Small TV stand

I finally found a TV Console that I actually loved after spending countless hours looking at different furniture stores in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Let me tell you, order online....many more options available, and a better price. I ordered this console online from another company on a Friday and it was delivered the following Thursday, less than one week! I paid $304.98 w/free shipping!

The package came from UPS and the driver offered to bring it into my house for me so we did. It is HEAVY, but to me that signaled better quality. I was right, the quality is excellent, very durable. My package arrived a little banged up on the outside but the inside was not touched a bit due to the company's impecable packaging.

Ok, you need another person to help you put this together. A few beers, maybe some snacks. The hardest part was getting the glass doors to go on correctly, but we finally figured it out. In total probably took about 3 hours to put together. The console is gorgeous and modern looking, looks great with my Samsung 40" LCD 1080p HDTV. Lots of shelves for all your audio equipment. I have a blu-ray disc player, time warner hd cable box and it all fits easily with no problem and room for the equipment to breath.
